Refund Policy

Luna Lucia Designs sets warrantees based on separate products. These warrantees can be found here below and in the product's description.

Luna Lucia Designs has a 30 day money-back guarantee. 

If the product you have received has been damaged in the lifespan of shipping and / or transportation that Luna Lucia Designs is responsible for, Contact Us either by email or Telephone in order to resolve the problem.

In order for Us to provide you with money return, the damage or issue with the product has to be justified accordingly to our Terms and Conditions.

To  be eligible for a 30 day money - back guarantee, you must meet the following criteria :

1. Money - return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. 

2. Item must be in the original packaging and must not be damaged unless the damage has been done during shipping or transportation. If the damage has been done during this time, you must instantly get in contact with us in order to resolve the problem. 

3. Money - return is the customers responsibility. 

4. Shipping cost is not refundable. 

5. If the product is non electric and a damage has been found, it should NOT be used until the refund. (If the non-electric product is used before asking for the refund, the case will be deemed not refundable)

6. If the product is electric and before / after use a problem has been found, you have to Contact Us instantly in order to appropriately solve the issue. 

7. If the product does not arrive in the given shipping time (read Terms and Conditions and Shipping and Handling) you must Contact Us instantly to be eligible for a refund. 

8. Return must be approved by Luna Lucia Design's Customer support. (Do not send back to the address on the package because you will not be refunded)
